I don't think a lot of headings with one item under each heading looks
good at all. At the same time, I don't think that splitting categories
into sections like "Web and Email Servers, Security, Miscellaneous"
works well either: the user doesn't know what they are getting in the
misc category.
What I had envisaged would be a good way of breaking down this page was
simply to use the existing categorisation to move things down one level,
rather than the recategorisation.
I've done a really quick version of what I think would work nicely, I
haven't bothered to make links to subpages or anything but it is just to
give you an idea.

There is no obvious difference between a "Network" and an "Internet"
device.
