You can find descriptions of what I think each of the required pages
need to contain at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WikiToDo - under the "These
documents do not yet exist" heading.  Here is what I entered for
WirelessNetworking:

WirelessNetworking - high-level page with brief explanations and
guides for WiFi, Bluetooth, Broadband Wireless and ir.

We really need a good starting point for Bluetooth documentation..

It's great that you are thinking of the Kubuntu users as well..
