Link Error in Yelp w/ SVN Ub. Desktop Guide

I just tried to start the current checkout of UDG in Yelp, and there
is an error in add-applications.xml - open the Add Applications
chapter, then try clicking on "2.1. Add/Remove Applications" in the
main (right-hand) pane - you'll be bounced back to the opening ToC
listing of the whole UDG...

If you expand the ToC of "Adding, Removing and Updating Applications"
in the left-hand pane, it lacks an entry for Add Apps - the first
listing is for Synaptic.

In the code, the problem has to be that there is no id tag on line
26's <sect1> tag - that should be the anchor for the Add Apps section,
but it doesn't actually have an id anchor, so that's why the link gets
bounced back to the head of the whole doc.

XML internal linking is still a black art to me, so I'll leave this
fix up to someone else.
