Server Guide: Packaging

Doh! I've finished the whole packaging section, including finding  
this obscure GAI application and doing its section too, but I am  
certainly in favor of removing that section as GAI is very limited in  
functionality, and apt-get, aptitude, and friends can do more  
anyway. :-)

So yes, the whole packaging section is complete now, and there is  
remaining less and less to do on the Server Guide. ;-)
