Ubuntu Desktop Guide patches

Diffs for all four major parts of the Ubuntu Desktop Guide.

Housekeeping, mostly - 'status' tags in most sect1 & sect2 tags that
didn't have them already, so that
http://doc.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/status/dg-report.html gives us more
accurate information on what still needs to be done on this guide.
