Subject: Installing in a Mac in a second HD


I have a PowerMac G4 with 2 HDs. One is running OS X Tiger and the other is
for backup purposes.
I would like to install Ubuntu in this backup HD in order I'll be able to
run OS X and Ubuntu In the same machine.
I restarted with the Ubuntu CD but I was afraid to run the installer and
erase the HD with the OSX.
How can I do it safely>
