It might be good to have an ODF and a PDF that look about the same to
illustrate that functionality of OpenOffice. So, I've looked at the
dapper versions of the guides now; they don't have such nice pictures as
the quick guide did :)

I guess wherever they are the most discoverable. The docs can currently
be viewed via Yelp, but a PDF included with the doc package might not be
so easy to come across. For the example content we will put a bookmark
in the side panel of Nautilus AFAIK.
