Thanks for this: the gnome-system-tools got pruned before the release so
this program disappeared. I don't think it's a particularly good tip
actually, because Windows partitions should be pretty nicely added
automatically nowadays. Feel free to provide a patch to remove this tip,
or I'll do so later.
