oooohh, well, it's not my favourite idea but:

 a) I don't quite understand why it needs to be in the 'stable' version
of Ubuntu, though I think it is related to consequence and reliability.
Then, I could offer myself to enable a 1.5 instance 'unofficial' so
users needing to use the WYSIWYG editor can at least copy/paste contents
into the 'offcial' site.

 a.1) Or, we could have both 1.3.5 and 1.5 instances using same /data
dir and let 'users-in-need-of-WYSIWYG-editor' choose 1.5 for more
difficult editing.

 b) I can help rewrite the CSS
