I'm not so sure - I think that we ought to accept the fact that our
categories are never going to be so powerful and so watertight that
everyone will see the way to the question immediately. Having some of
the common questions (sudo, restricted formats, activating composite
managers, whatever) on the front page might help avoid those impatient
people going off to irc.

I don't think this is a problem - there is a big fat button which
enables them to go back to the Topics page. And it's kind of intuitive
to have information about support resource on the front page, I think.
