It's not there any more :) the other day I restructured the newtotubuntu
page (try "cd trunk/ubuntu/C/newtoubuntu;yelp newtoubuntu.xml"). This
file doesn't really fit into that context.

I agree with Richard that this is probably subject matter that belongs
in the installer.
