You're correct: the words "This means" are misleading. Bugs on this are
welcome (also open them on the website where this text occurs, because
that is where our material has come from). Even better, attach patches!

That's not quite correct: while it is possible to buy Ubuntu CDs, Ubuntu
is free of charge because you can download it, or request free shipments
from Canonical.
