translations of Ubuntu websites

In principle, I think that translations should be created on the local
website. This is much better for keeping everything in the same place. In
this case I notice there is a Greek website (including a Wiki) here:
http://ubuntu-gr.org/

Where a locoteam does not have its own website, I don't think we should
have a problem with them using the international resources, that's fine.
