I think so, yes - it would be excellent to have documentation about this
aspect of contributing to Ubuntu installed with the system, alongside
the existing material about contribution.

Great news that Matthew is going to be doing this. Matthew: if you need
a hand with anything, about how things fit in, formats, etc, please let
us know.
