This is true.

This was/is an excellent idea. I don't know of a better place besides h.u.c of
where to place the document. I think putting it in with the OpenCD portion of
the Desktop CDs is the best for it at this time. It might also be a good idea
to place it in the Desktop Cd, as an icon, allowing the user to read it while
moving around the Live version as well.

Should we remove the C/switching directory from the TBH then, and keep it
seperate? Of course implement information from the document as needed.
