Serious reworking of ubuntu-docs directory

I am playing with the games section right now. Check out 
kubuntu/C/games/new_games.xml everyone and see if that is a suitable layout. 
If that layout is cool then I will continue to go forward on it. The reason I 
picked games to start with is it was pretty much a straight forward topic. I 
only have 2 questions in it right now "Where are the games?" and "Where is 
Solitaire, Hearts, Minesweeper, and Pinball?"
