documentation for reporting memory leaks

hi,

if we have anyone who knows something about diagnosing memory leaks, can
s/he/them look at this spec:

It just asks for a https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingMemoryLeaks be
created so we can provide nice bug reports :)

Example of usability: I suspect a xorg memory leak for instance, but
because I have no idea how to proceed, I cannot file a report.
