new repositories for codecs

Hello everyone :)

As you may know, there are new ubuntu repositories for codecs (breezy,
dapper, edgy), after plf stopped maintaining ubuntu packaging :

http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/www/

I mailed racoon97 and the french team (the french wiki page for codecs
currently points at racoon'blog) to see if they would be interested in
having their repository posted in the english wiki :
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats#w32codecs for ex.
Not sure about easyubuntu though.
