Alright, I've merged this into trunk now. It can be used as demonstrated

Maybe in the future we can simplify things further by including all of
the text called by the 4 entities in a single entity.

I don't mind whether the contributions are listed in a file or on the
wiki, although I have a slight preference for doing it in a file that we
can ship with the document because this enables users without internet
access to view it.
