I've committed a basic list to topic-based-help/common/C/contributors.xml
I've tried to include all contributors to the project that I can find,
but I've probably omitted loads of vital people. Please check and let me
know if I've left people out.
If no one raises an objection to this type of contribution, I'll merge
it to trunk.
