Please take a look at the attached diff and see if it makes much of a
difference for you. Each .xml file should now at least have some
placeholder text, and chapter tags are used in each file. My copy looks
fine in Yelp and I get no error output from Yelp either.
Also, is there a recommended method of validating these files? I tried
using nsgmls but it wasn't too useful.
