Docbook to Man pages

This would be useful if the HTML is available from the default DocumentRoot
of the web server then accessed from a client. From a headless setup POV, it
is quite useful but a man page can also be accessed from the remote client
with the admin using screen, hence both have relative usefulness depending
on the workflow of the end user.

If not, a well developed text browser like elinks should have it as default
page I guess.
