Thanks for the advice. I agree. I deliberately, and after careful
thought, worded the message in that tone to determine, based on the
reaction, whether I could do anything useful here. You see, there are
quite a few places where people are so defensive about their turf that
there is no hope for newcomers to throw in opinions, unless so watered
down, etc, that they lose their thrust... so the status-quo remains, and
problems remain, or change so slowly, that they do not keep up with the
rest of the world. You/we are on a treadmill in here. There is a minimum
pace of change required to keep up. And I just do not have time.

Anyone wanting to take this offline, if its important to you, I can
probably spend a little time on it.
