Hi David,

The tangent topic on why OS/2 did not succeed and Windows did is
debatable. What you describe was a factor. Also, I can't overlook the
amount of money spent marketing Win95 compared to OS/2.

The creators and improvers of Ubuntu are very different from those who
make Windows and OS/2. Ubuntu is free both in terms of cost and your
right to use it. The people involved are mostly volunteering their own
time.

In "part 1" you come across as providing marching orders to victory.
What Ubuntu needs is dedicated volunteers. I look forward to your
involvement a week, a month, and a year from now, and I look forward
to reading part 2.
