I would like to see crown quarto also (as mentioned by someone else),
price for 80 b/w pages if we wave our royalties will come to below $10
US. Check out the Book Formatting FAQ (sorry no link, I can't get on the
web site) there are options for full bleed, manuscript templates, sizing
and more. This means crown quarto will come in at < 80 pages (as they
are bigger).

Yes, they would be over the moon to help out from what I hear.

We can do the whole thing in colour, it will cost $0.15 US per colour
page. It would work out to about $16.53 US for 80 colour pages (for
example). If we were to do this maybe we could limit it to only the
Desktop Guide?

A few issues as we've discussed, once these are sorted out I think it
will look good. We actually need to be about 80/81 pages to get it
printed as perfect bound or else it will be stitched. Check out the Book
Covers FAQ (no link again, sorry) which has download-able templates for
the different cover sizes and additional information too.

What about translations?
