[The Ubuntu Packaging Guide][Bug] pbuilder

Hi,

I was trying to create a pbuilder environment following those instructions:
http://doc.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/packagingguide/C/gs-pbuilder.html

I'm running a breezy:


$ sudo pbuilder create --distribution breezy --othermirror "deb
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu breezy universe multiverse"
W: /home/twinoatl/.pbuilderrc does not exist
Distribution is breezy.
Building the build environment
 -> running debootstrap
I: Retrieving Release
E: Failed getting release file
http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/dists/breezy/Release
pbuilder: debootstrap failed
 -> Aborting with an error
 -> cleaning the build env
    -> removing directory /var/cache/pbuilder/build//10465 and its
subdirectories


What can I do to make things work like in the tutorial ? (the reference
to jp.debian.org sounds strange to me).
