Ubuntu default IRC client

[Milo Casagrande]

Hello,
I'm translating the desktop-guide into italian. In a message I
encountered there's a reference to the default IRC client in Ubuntu. It
says that the default client is GAIM. Is it right? Xchat is not the
default client?
