Packaging can be considered only a part of the Developer Documentation
spectrum. Since we ship a lot of Python tools by default, its entirely
possible to build tools around it. Mark told me before of his plans to
have a series of documenation that revolves around Python (not just
Dive into Python ;) - much deeper than that) as a centerpiece language
for Ubuntu-esque add-ons.
