I think it still exists in the LiveCD too. Previous releases had it,
but I haven't been checking out the LiveCD nor espresso but I wouldn't
be surprised if its not there anymore to free up space (although it
doesn't really take a lot).

If it still did, it would sure be nice to have a shortcut on the
desktop - although its all about install and not mentioned espresso
even (it was derived from the original debian installer manual).
