One thing I've noticed about MoinMoin is that it doesn't enforce a
parent / child relationship between pages. For example in TWiki from
http://www.twiki.org, the only easy way to create a new page is to make
it a child of another page (you can make orphans if you really want to,
but it is a multi-step process, not the default method for adding
pages). The result is a tree hierarchy, where all pages are linked
together, and TWiki produces automatically generated index pages.
MoinMoin does not enforce that type of policy as far as I can tell.

I am definitely not suggesting that we use TWiki instead, as I think it
has some different shortcomings, but it is a good example of a WikiWiki
where a tree structure is enforced and that I have found easier to
navigate than MoinMoin wikis that I have seen.
