commercial DocBook editors to Wiki?

My personal feeling on this subject is that it is appropriate as long
as you clearly state which are commercial and which are not. Even
better is to indicate which have packages for Ubuntu and which do not
as well. I hate having to figure out not only whether I *want* and app
but also how easy it is to *get* the app.
