[freeze] document status

I noticed one typo in a recent commit to UDG, in the DVD section:

"does not support menus or substitles for DVD playback"
                                                  ^^^^
Should be "subtitles", not "substitles". I'm at work, can't fix it.

Aside from that, UDG is ready to go, I think.
