[freeze] document status

Hi,

Today is our string freeze, so we need to round everything off and
unleash the translators. I think it's best if each maintainer for the
various documents gives the go ahead for this, and then I will upload
the relevant pot files and start the translation process ASAP.

Bhuvan has let me know that the Server Guide is ready to roll. The
Ubuntu Desktop Guide is also ready, in my view, although I'll just wait
for Brian to give the nod there too. About Ubuntu is ready too, I think.
Jordan mentioned that the Packaging Guide should be rounded off in the
next day.

So, all other document maintainers (About Kubuntu, Kubuntu Desktop
Guide), how is it going?

I'm assuming that the release notes are not affected by the freeze,
although we should work out what we're going to do about translating
those.

Matt
