Summary of discussions for new Yelp front page.

Starting a new thread for this, because I want to draw the discussion to
a close and the existing thread is very long.

Thanks for Don's work, we are currently at this:

suggestions, thanks):

          Manuals for the programs which are found in the Applications
	  menu
        Other Documents
          Miscellaneous technical documents
        Command Line Help
          Advanced system documentation

Unless anyone objects strongly to these, I'll include them in the patch
and attach it to a bug for Seb to upload.
