I'm not aware of a way that we can add captions to the categories, but
I'll ask Don.

Ok, I definitely prefer the second. Without the title, I certainly can't
see the user understanding what is going on in the second half of the
page. To try and see what the general consensus in the team is, can lots
of people comment on whether they prefer the first or second screenshot
above (for the second screenshot, you'll have to remake the link which
is line broken in the above quote).
