kdg suggestions for Partitions and Booting section

I've been trying to test kubuntu dapper from a new user's perspective.

I have a few suggestions about the Partitions and Booting section of the
kubuntu desktop guide.

I found that kubuntu automatically mounts my vfat and ntfs partitions but
doesn't give my user access to them. Specifically vfat gets read access only
and ntfs has no read access at all.

The Mount/unmount Windows partitions (on boot up) sections should show how
to handle the partitions using the Disk & Filesystems module of
system-settings. In particular, it should show how to modify the mount
options so that users can access ntfs and vfat partitions.

The mount points should be in /media instead of /mnt

To change the mount options:
click partition->Modify->Advanced->options-> Replace defaults by:

ro,umask=0222 should replace defaults for ntfs partition
umask=0000 should replace defaults for vfat partition

Isn't there a script somewhere in the wiki that can setup the fstab like
this as well? Not sure if it would be appropriate the kdg though.
