Hi docs!

I looked and could not find a similar page.

There have been a number of times that I thought of a usability issue but
have not reported it because I could not think of the place to do it.  Since
this is inspired by others' experiences from the forums, IRC and mailing
lists, I thought it would fall under the docteams' domain.

Is this a duplicate effort of another existing page?  Would there be a
better way of going about this?
