Latest Ubuntu-docs package and problems with the FAQ Guide

Hi,

Just a few points I noticed with the latest Ubuntu-docs package:

- I had to "dist-upgrade" to get it, it was being held back
- FAQ Guide is listed on yelp front page as "Unofficial Ubuntu 5.10
Starter Guide", it should be "Ubuntu 5.10 FAQ Guide" or "Official Ubuntu
5.10 FAQ Guide" or something along those lines.
- There are pages missing from the FAQ Guide that are clearly in the XML
file, for example the licences (xincludes) and others
- The "Credits and Licence" page is missing from the FAQ Guide (it uses
<legalnotice> tags)
- The link entities are not appearing in the FAQ Guide
- Question 3 para 5 under Installing Applications is not appearing
correctly
