That's why I put a "Help us improve" link at the bottom of every
Launchpad page.

True, but since Launchpad includes a bug tracker, it would be rather
weird if we didn't use that bug tracker ourselves. If Launchpad is
temporarily unusable, you can drop in on the #launchpad IRC channel and
let us know.
