Removing last edited on wiki pages

Hey All,

In the last 3 days I have gotten 3 emails from people asking about
various wiki pages I happen to have edited, because they assume that
my name means that I wrote it.

Thus I request that we remove the line "Last edited by $person". The
time can stay,

The reasons for this are many fold:

1. I (and others) stop getting emails about things which we cannot
help people with
2. The wiki becomes more a whole entity and less fiefdoms.
3. If you need to see who edited it, Get Info provides easy access.
