BreezyReleaseNotes on Wiki

Where would we include release notes for Kubuntu Breezy?  Should 
BreezyReleaseNotes become UbuntuBreezyReleaseNotes and then create a 
KubuntuBreezyReleaseNotes using the email from Riddell as the beginning of 
that section?
