Why all the empty pages?

Why not keep all the '3rd party software' stuff right in
UserDocumentation where it is now?

I'm not sure that spreading stuff out to multiple pages is really
useful; UserDoc is supposed to be a general index already.

Duncan, I've actually reverted some of your changes to
UserDocumentation, mostly adding all the links to the external
tutorials back onto the bottom of UserDoc. You'd commented them as
moved, but the page they were supposed to be moved to didn't exist.

Can you also please use the "Optional comment about this change" box
more, too? Especially when doing large edits, having some idea of what
has changed (without using the Show Changes option) would be very
useful; that's what the comment box is for. Commenting inside the raw
page with ## is good, but much harder to see than the actual change
comments. Thanks!
