Why all the empty pages?

No, don't prefix all UdU pages with wiki - these pages have url's that
are used/referred to a lot.

The same goes for other pages - Good Urls Dont Change. If you really
feel the need to change one, check all backlinks and leave a stub
page/redirect page at the old URL.
