About Ubuntu fix

Hi all,

I made a much-needed fix in the About Ubuntu xml document:

1. Tag <subtitle> is misplaced inside <title>. -> Fixed
2. Typo on GNU/Linux -> Fixed

If the pot files are already given out, we'll have to edit the translated 
docs for 1. to get fixed.
