Today's Craziness

Hi all,

Just a quick note for those people that weren't around for today's
craziness:

We are now shipping in xml directly for about-ubuntu and the faqguide,
this is because shipping in html breaks translations and a number of the
developers pointed this out. I'll leave it to them to explain further,
because, quite frankly I don't understand it.

For this reason we have removed the Kubuntu profiling from the Faqguide
and we've done some more work to make it work in Yelp. Thanks to Rob
Stoffers who apart from writing most of the guide, stayed up until past
3 am to do this.

Jeff Bailey will be working with Seb Bacher to get the packaging sorted
out correctly and we are now in doc freeze, HONEST GUV! This means the
about-ubuntu document and the faq guide will go for translation. The
quicktour is not yet finished so we will see what we can do with it when
it is. Ditto the KDE docs. The releasenotes need to be done soon.

We also have a new about-ubuntu, courtesy of Mark Shuttleworth. Check it
out, I'm sure you'll like it!

Hope this is all correct, and understable.

Thanks to all who had the patience to sort things out!
