diff for Quick Tour

Cleaned up the code, added doctype & encoding. (it's valid XHTML 1
Transitional now, according to the W3C's Validator)

Edited some of the blurbs, added some bits and pieces to some of them.

(Discovered that not even the GIMP's own website has a decent two-line
summary of that program, so I couldn't borrow it...)
