adding links to doc.ubuntu.com

I thought it would be cool for everyone on the team to be able to
add/remove links on the doc.ubuntu.com preview server homepage, so I've
added trunk/teamstuff/doc.ubuntu.com/

Read the README file to figure out how to do it, it is incredibly
simple.
