Sec: Unclassified RE: Adept User Guide Spec

If I recall correctly, in Hoary the Kynaptic Userg Guide was used as a way to 
help people out.  I know that Troy wrote that doc and from what i can tell in 
converstation with the other of adept (mornfall) he has no plan for a 
userguide/manual, just doesn't have time.
