Xubuntu Docs in svn and Ubuntu/Kubuntu FAQ Guide

Hang on a sec: what is the point of us releasing the xfce4 guide if it
will already be packaged and released with xfce4 in Ubuntu (xubuntu).
Isn't this just another case of us having unnecessary upstream docs in
our tree? Or are you planning to modify the guide in some way? If so,
what needs to be changed that can't be done upstream? Does xubuntu ship
a modified version of xfce4?

Perhaps I am missing something.
