Here are some topics I have seen several times in the forums which could be
added to the FAQ guide:
 - where is the root password? (This is indeed a FAQ; of course, there is Wiki
page about RootSudo, but it really belongs to FAQ Guide)

 - how does one print from Ubuntu to a printer on Windows XP machine? How one
prints from one ubuntu machine to a printer connected to another Ubuntu Machine? 

 - "I have messed up my GNOME panel/default configuration. How do I fix it?" A:
remove .gnome* config files/directories
